About Lisa Rae

 

I am originally from San Diego California where I studied art and art history. I am currently an art teacher and artist in Orange County, California. I have a deep love and admiration for Italian paintings, ceramics and architecture which is where I get my inspiration for my ceramics as well as paintings.

In a world full of manufactured goods, my artwork pays homage to a simpler way of life. Where beauty is found in our imperfections. It is in the imperfections and simplicity of my pieces that evoke an old world charm of beauty and elegance.

All my ceramics are glazed with a Food Safe/Lead Free Glaze. Hand Washing is recommended.
